智通财经APP获悉，海螺水泥(00914)跌超5%，截至发稿，跌5.08%，报22.4港元，成交额1.82亿港元。
消息面上，海螺水泥今日将披露2024年全年业绩。据水泥网，2024年我国水泥产能约达25.61亿吨，而产量仅为18.25亿吨，创下了自2010年以来的新低，产能利用率仅为71.24%。水泥价格下行导致行业利润大幅下滑。此外，麦格理近期将海螺水泥2024至2026财年盈利预测分别下调34%、22%及25%，以反映销量预测下调，对其目标价由25港元上调至27.2港元。
中金则指出，去年玻璃纤维和水泥的价格竞争激烈，去年下半年起供应端状况改善，使价格有所回升，至今年首季以来价格一直保持相对稳定，由于基数较低，预计企业盈利将稳健增长。其中水泥价格每年旺季期间各地都会宣布涨价，若旺季需求恢复正常，预计水泥价格将继续上涨。
