智通财经APP讯，中原建业(09982)发布截至2024年12月31日止年度业绩，收入2.52亿元(人民币，下同)，同比下降46.2%;股东应占溢利6513.1万元，同比下降67.2%;每股基本盈利1.72分。
期内收入下降，是因为国内房地产市场持续下行，公司服务费收取价格有所降低及新项目开拓增加幅度不及履约完成项目减少幅度。
于年内，新签代建项目31个，新增合约建面积251.72万平方米，较2023年同期减少64.8%;其中，新签约省内项目26个，新增合约建筑面积211.3万平方米;新签约省外项目5个，新增合约建筑面积40.42万平方米。集团在管项目的合约销售金额134.02亿元，同比减少54.6%;合约销售面积217.4万平方米，同比减少53.3%。截至2024年12月31日，集团在管项目248个，在管项目建筑面积2986.97万平方米，其中省内项目215个，总建筑面积2628.07万平方米;省外项目33个，总建筑面积358.9万平方米。中原建业专注于大中原区域三四线市场，省内外合计进驻136个县市。省内总计107个：17个地级市，1个省直辖县级市，89个县及县级市;省外合计29个：6个地级市，23个县级市。
