智通财经APP讯，邝文记(08023)公布，于2025年3月17日，该公司附属邝文记工程有限公司拟向梁达云先生及梁柏禄先生收购该物业，代价为1830万港元。
该物业为新界沙田火炭禾寮坑路2-16号安盛工业大厦地下A铺及包括在该物业的装置及固定附着物。
考虑到现时租赁货仓的租金成本;集团于租约期满或终止后未能以可资比较及╱或商业上可接受的条款及条件重续租约而须搬迁的风险;储存容量增加的需求;降低由货仓到每个工作地点的运输成本;确保在集团现有租约提前终止或不再重续的情况下继续营运的重要性;及满足集团长期营运需要的要求及成本，董事认为收购物业作为其自置货仓符合集团的利益。收购事项可保障集团的货物储存空间，长远而言可节省租金、货物储存及装修开支，并提高集团的营运效率。
