智通财经APP讯，浩森金融科技(03848)发布截至2024年12月31日止年度业绩，该集团取得收益人民币1.07亿元(单位下同)，同比减少5.14%;本公司股东应占年内溢利560.8万元，同比减少75.8%;每股盈利3.58分,拟派发末期股息每股3港仙。
公告称，溢利主减少要是由于应收贷款及账款的预期信贷亏损拨备约4870万元(2023年︰4310万元);雇员福利开支约2620万元(2023年︰2060万元)，乃由于本公司向若干雇员授出合共1500万份购股权(2023年︰无);及递延税项开支约870万元(2023年︰220万元)。
