智通财经APP获悉，中远海控(01919)绩后涨近5%，截至发稿，涨4.17%，报12.48港元，成交额3.09亿港元。
消息面上，中远海控发布全年业绩，公司实现营业收入2338.59亿元，同比增长33.29%；实现归母净利润为491亿元，同比增长105.78%；第四季度单季净利润109.76亿元，同比增513.50%。末期息派1.03元，结合中期派息，预计2024年度派发现金红利约占归属于上市公司股东净利润的50%。
值得注意的是，公司积极开展股份回购工作，截至2025年3月21日收盘，已累计回购A股约9231万股、H股约2.08亿股，回购总金额约合35.57亿元，所回购股份均将做注销，致力提升投资者长期投资的信心。本年度中远海控被新增纳入中证红利指数、上证红利指数等多个红利指数样本，可持续回报能力获得市场认可。
