　　和铂医药公布，向全球生物制药公司AstraZeneca发行7627.17万股新股，每股作价10.74港元，较3月21日收报溢价37.2%，所得总额1.05亿美元，将用作研发、营运及一般营运资金需求。完成后，AstraZeneca将持有公司股本9.15%。同时，双方订立全球战略合作协议，共同研发针对免疫性疾病、肿瘤及其他多种疾病的新一代多特异性抗体，据此，AstraZeneca将获得两个临床前免疫研发项目的授权许可选择权，并将进一步提名更多靶点，由公司开发下一代多特异性抗体疗法。AstraZeneca将拥有授权许可该等项目的选择权以推进这些项目进入临床开发阶段。
