智通财经APP讯，力宝华润(00156)发布公告，预期集团于截至2024年12月31日止年度的按公平值计入损益的财务工具可能取得公平值亏损净额约6000万港元(而截至2023年12月31日止年度则取得公平值收益净额约2000万港元)以及固定资产的减值亏损拨备约8000万港元(上一年度–无)。
董事会预期集团于本年度可能取得的股东应占综合亏损约6.80亿港元，而上一年度则取得综合亏损1.46亿港元。亏损增加乃主要由于上述集团于本年度按公平值计入损益的财务工具的公平值亏损净额(而上一年度则取得公平值收益净额)、因商业物业市价下跌令投资物业的公平值亏损净额增加及上述的固定资产的减值亏损拨备，以及就诉讼和解而支付的款项所致，但受集团于本年度所占联营公司溢利净额所抵销。
