智通财经APP讯，新威国际(00058)发布公告，预计集团截至2024年12月31日止年度的综合亏损将较2023年同期增加约18%至28%。该预期综合亏损增加主要是由于中国物业市场及相关业务分部的低迷所致，乃主要由于：
(1)预期信贷亏损模型项下确认的贸易及其他应收款项减值亏损增加约3300万港元;
(2)出售物业、厂房及设备亏损增加约900万港元;及
(3)与集团于中国的制造及买卖业务有关的良好商誉约2000万港元已于2023年减值，但本年度并无有关项目。
