智通财经APP讯，力宝(00226)发布公告，预期集团于截至2024年12月31日止年度之按公平值计入损益之财务工具可能取得公平值亏损净额约6000万港元以及固定资产之减值亏损拨备约8700万港元。
董事会预期集团于本年度可能取得之股东应占综合亏损约14亿港元，而上一年度则取得综合亏损3500万港元。亏损增加乃主要由于本年度集团所占合营企业亏损约12亿港元，而上一年度所占溢利为1.7亿港元、上述集团于本年度按公平值计入损益之财务工具之公平值亏损净额(而上一年度则取得公平值收益净额)、因商业物业市价下跌令上述固定资产作出之减值亏损拨备，以及就诉讼和解而支付之款项所致，但受集团于本年度所占联营公司溢利净额所抵销。
