智通财经APP获悉，美的置业(03990)盈警后涨超4%，截至发稿，涨4.26%，报3.18港元，成交额574.33万港元。
消息面上，3月21日，美的置业发布公告，与截至2023年12月31日止年度的净利润21.25亿元(人民币，下同)及公司拥有人应占核心净利润10.297亿元相比，预期截至2024年12月31日止年度公司拥有人应占核心净亏损将取得19.50亿元至20.50亿元之间。此转变的主要原因是集团预期报告期内由实物分派部分产生的物业减值取得公司拥有人应占核心净亏损24亿元至26亿元之间。
于2024年10月22日完成分派后，集团继续经营的保留业务，包括物管服务、商业物业和产业园(资产运营)、房地产科技、建设项目管理业务(统称“保留业务”)，预期报告期内公司拥有人应占核心净利润将取得保留业务4.50亿元至5.50亿元之间，保持稳定增长。集团整体财务表现、业务布局及营运状况仍然维持稳健。
