消息面上，3月21日，方舟健客正式发布2024年年度报告。报告期内，方舟健客录得整体收入27.07亿元，同比增长11.2%;持续的技术提升促进了运营效率的提高，全年经调整净利润达到1711.9万元，较2023年同比增长139%。报告期内，方舟健客在主营业务上取得显著进展。其中，线上零售药店服务收入14.05亿元，同比增长8.3%;定制化内容及营销解决方案收入1.05亿元，同比增长20.7%。
值得一提的是，方舟健客自主研发的“方舟健客H2H智慧医疗新生态创新平台”，历经持续技术迭代，在2024年实现了“AI+H2H”的升级，为患者带来从医院到家庭的无缝医疗服务体验，以先进技术和优质服务驱动平台用户的强劲增长，显著提升了用户参与度和忠诚度。
数据显示，方舟健客旗下慢病管理服务平台注册用户数从2023年底的4270万名增长至4920万名，新增650万名;平均月活用户数提升至1010万名，同比增长20%。平台用户保持高粘度，付费用户复购率达到84.7%。
