报告期内，面对危废处置市场竞争加剧、水泥窑运转率持续下行等不利因素，该集团聚焦外部市场建设，持续夯实内部管理，优化生产组织，强化与水泥企业工厂的生产管理协同，“处置总量”保持增长，应收账款同比下降。尽管受固危废处置价格持续下行影响，集团综合盈利能力有所下降，但经营状况基本保持稳定，各项工作有序推进。
于报告期末，该集团在全国21个省、市、自治区共投运、建设环保项目85个，其中一般危废项目41个、飞灰水洗项目6个、油泥处置项目6个、工业固废项目26个、资源综合利用项目6个，所涉及的处理规模约1,204.23万吨╱年(不含报批待建，尚未建设的项目)。
