路透北京3月21日 - 中国房企--世茂集团0813.HK周五表示，由于房地产行业持续低迷，公司预计2024年净亏损429-439亿元人民币，较上年同期亏幅大幅走阔。
世茂集团在港交所公告，预计净亏损主要由于报告期内毛利率处于低位，以及物业项目减值亏损拨备增加。此外，由于若干资产被法院裁定执行以抵偿债务，导致本年度确认大额债务清偿亏损。
公告显示，2023年世茂集团净亏损约236亿元。
世茂近期债务困境化解再下一城，该公司3月中旬表示，有关境外债务重组计划已根据香港高等法院作出的指令获得批准。
今年1月，世茂集团再度遭遇另一家机构--深化连盛投资有限公司的清盘呈请。不过世茂2月公告称，经双方同意，高等法院已颁令撤回针对本公司之呈请，这是该公司二度化解清盘呈请危机。
世茂集团周五收挫3%，今年迄今累跌5.8%。（完）
