【中国种子协会会长张延秋：改变我国种子企业多、市场集中度低的唯一出路是支持发展壮大领军企业】金十数据3月21日讯，“2025种子大会暨南繁硅谷论坛”在海南三亚召开期间，分论坛“新质生产力的成长价值：中国种业的投资机遇论坛”同步举行。张延秋在致辞中表示，我国发展现代种业的政策，从2011年国发8号文件，到2021年种业振兴行动方案，多年来一直坚持三个导向：一是支持种子企业做大做强；二是支持资金、人才、科技成果等优势资源向优势企业聚集；三是推动企业成为种业主体，持续为种业与资本结合提供扎实基础和广阔空间。其中，对于支持种子企业做大做强，张延秋提到，中国市场发展空间很大，但市场集中度还比较低，“改变这种情况唯一的出路就是发展壮大领军企业，提高前十、前五的市场占有率”。
