公司权益持有人应占溢利及全面收益总额取得减少，主要由于利润率下降所致。于本期间，集团多个项目已进入最后阶段，一般较为劳动密集，需要更多人手。由于劳工短缺，集团已聘用更多分包商进行工地工程，导致分包成本增加。本期间的分包费用较相应期间增加约60%至65%。
此外，多个新项目已于2024年底展开。一般而言，集团需要为新开展项目调配额外资源作为前期成本，导致集团的整体利润率下降。
