　　中远海控（01919）发布公告，于2025年3月21日，董事会通过有关建议续聘本公司核数师（建议续聘核数师）的下列决议案：建议续聘信永中和（香港）会计师事务所有限公司为本公司境外核数师（2025年度境外核数师）及信永中和会计师事务所（特殊普通合伙）为本公司境内核数师（2025年度境内核数师），任期直至本公司下届股东周年大会结束为止；及本公司应向信永中和（香港）会计师事务所有限公司支付的2025年度境外核数师审阅/审计费用为人民币780.3万元（含税）及应向信永中和会计师事务所（特殊普通合伙）支付的2025年度境内核数师审阅/审计费用为人民币1270万元（含税）。
