智通财经APP讯，红星美凯龙(01528)发布公告，本公司于近日收到本公司董事长郑永达先生递交的辞任报告。郑永达先生因工作原因，申请辞去本公司第五届董事会董事长职务，并同时辞去董事会战略与投资委员会主席。辞任后，郑永达先生仍将担任本公司非执行董事及董事会战略与投资委员会、提名委员会和薪酬与考核委员会委员。
本公司董事会于2025年3月21日召开第五届董事会第三十三次临时会议，审议通过了《关于选举董事长的议案》及《关于董事调职的议案》，李玉鹏先生将由非执行董事调任为执行董事，并选举李玉鹏先生为本公司第五届董事会董事长，同时担任董事会战略与投资委员会主席一职，任期自本次董事会审议通过之日起至第五届董事会任期届满之日止，任期届满，可以连选连任。于调任后，李玉鹏先生在其任期内将不会从本公司领取任何董事薪酬。
