智通财经APP讯，标准发展集团(01867)公布，有关根据一般授权配售本金总额最高为3700万港元的可换股债券，由于配售协议的先决条件未获达成，配售事项将不会成为无条件，而完成将不会于最后截止日期或之前作实。因此，配售协议将失效并无效，且各方有关配售事项的所有权利、义务及责任将告终止并终结，且订约方不得就配售事项相互提出任何索偿，惟先前违反配售协议的情况除外。
