智通财经APP讯，中国神华(601088.SH)发布2024年年度报告，该公司营业收入为3383.75亿元，同比减少1.4%。归属于上市公司股东的净利润为586.71亿元，同比减少1.7%。归属于上市公司股东的扣除非经常性损益的净利润为601.25亿元，同比减少4.4%。基本每股收益为2.953元。公司拟派发2024年度末期股息现金人民币2.26元/股(含税)。
2024年，公司超额完成年度煤炭生产计划，商品煤产量、煤炭销售量实现同比增长；大力提升电力顶峰保供能力，用心用情用力做好“温暖工程”，发电量、供热量实现同比增长；克服极端天气、调运受限等不利影响，畅通能源运输大通道，朔黄、包神等铁路煤炭运输量同比增长，黄骅港务进出港量创历史新高。
据公告所示，2024年集团营业收入同比略有下降，主要原因是：受煤炭市场供求关系影响，集团平均煤炭销售价格同比下降3.4%，煤炭销售收入同比有所下降；受煤制烯烃生产设备计划检修影响，集团聚乙烯、聚丙烯销售量同比分别下降8.8%和8.2%，煤化工业务销售收入同比下降。
