智通财经APP讯，力高集团(01622)发布公告，预期本集团将取得截至2024年12月31日止年度亏损净额约人民币35亿元至人民币39亿元，而截至2023年12月31日止年度则为亏损净额约人民币18.7亿元。年内亏损乃主要由于不利的宏观经济环境及中华人民共和国房地产行业下行，对本集团物业售价造成压力，导致该年度已竣工及/或已交付项目的毛利率偏低或为负值及导致持作出售的已竣工物业及持作出售的开发中物业减值亏损。
