智通财经APP获悉，长和(00001)反弹逾3%，截至发稿，涨3.35%，报44.7港元，成交额5.45亿港元。
消息面上，长和全年财报显示，按IFRS 16后基准，营业额4766.82亿元，同比升3.3%；纯利170.88亿元，同比跌27.3%；总计全年股息为2.202元，按年跌13%。瑞银指出，维持长和59.5港元目标价和“买入”评级。长和2024财年呈报盈利170亿港元，差于瑞银预期，主要原因是减值损失和更高税务支出，对于港口业务没有更新。港口交易方面，没有新的更新，公司预计2025年吞吐量将温和增长。
市场更为关注港口出售。此前3月4日深夜，长和发布公告称，拟向美国贝莱德财团出售旗下港口资产80%股权，涉及全球23国43个港口，包括巴拿马运河关键港口。据悉，若交易达成，长和预计将获得190亿美元的现金收益。公司或因此转为净现金状态，甚至可能向股东派送特别股息。不过这笔交易尚未完成，仍存在不确定。
