智通财经APP讯，君实生物(01877)发布公告，公司于2024年3月28日召开的第三届董事会第二十九次会议及第三届监事会第二十一次会议审议通过了《关于使用部分闲置募集资金暂时补充流动资金的议案》，同意公司使用闲置募集资金不超过人民币200000万元(含本数)暂时补充流动资金，并仅用于公司的业务拓展、日常经营等与主营业务相关的生产经营使用，使用期限自公司董事会审议通过之日起不超过12个月。
根据上述决议，公司在规定期限内实际使用了人民币193761.86万元闲置募集资金暂时补充流动资金，并对资金进行了合理的安排与使用，没有影响募集资金投资项目建设进度的正常进行。
截至本公告披露日，公司已将上述暂时补充流动资金的人民币193761.86万元闲置募集资金全部归还至募集资金专用账户，并将上述闲置募集资金的归还情况通知了保荐机构和保荐代表人。
