智通财经APP讯，宝龙地产(01238)发布公告，集团于截至2024年12月31日止年度的年度亏损约人民币53亿元至人民币56亿元(截至2023年12月31日止年度的年度亏损：约人民币25.77亿元)，公司拥有人应占核心亏损约人民币29亿元至人民币32亿元(截至2023年12月31日止年度的公司拥有人应占核心亏损：约人民币11.48亿元)。与截至2023年12月31日止年度相比，预期截至2024年12月31日止年度的亏损增加主要归因于下列各项：(1)受房地产行业经营环境严峻的持续影响：(i)基于谨慎性原则对物业项目计提减值;(ii)投资物业公允价值减值;(2)外汇波动造成预期净汇兑损失;及(3)分占共同控制实体和联营公司的业绩下降。
