智通财经APP讯，远大住工(02163)发布公告，兹提述公司日期为2025年3月20日的公告(“该公告”)，内容有关非执行董事及独立非执行董事辞任及未能遵守上市规则的内幕消息。于2025年3月24日，由于公司执行董事石东红在未经董事会正式批准的情况下发布该公告，董事会已议决即时暂停其董事职责及权力，直至另行通知为止。董事会认为上述事件对本集团造成不利影响。
于2025年3月24日，董事会亦已议决即时终止石女士担任公司副总经理、董事会秘书、联席公司秘书及授权代表的职务。
吴嘉雯已根据上市规则第3.05条辞任公司联席公司秘书及授权代表，自2025年3月24日起生效。
林子聪已获委任为公司秘书及授权代表，自2025年3月24日起生效。
执行董事谭新明已获委任为公司代行行政总裁，自2025年3月24日起生效。
公司执行董事兼副董事长唐芬已获委任为公司代行财务负责人，自2025年3月24日起生效。
