今日，中国电信公布2024年业绩。报告期内，中国电信实现经营收入为5294.17亿元，同比增长3.1%，其中服务收入为4820.33亿元，同比增长3.7%。净利润为330.1亿元，同比增长8.4%。

其中，天翼云收入达到人民币1139亿元，同比增长17.1%，占服务收入比达到23.6%。

业绩说明会上，针对天翼云增速放缓的问题，中国电信董事长柯瑞文表示，2023年天翼云实现近千亿的目标，这一庞大基数上实现17%的增长，符合云计算行业发展的趋势和特点。

对于未来的增长机会，柯瑞文表示，云计算行业正从通算向智算发展，只有向智能云演进才能保持持续的增长，目前天翼云全面迈向智能云发展的新阶段。

柯瑞文强调，人工智能的发展首先是考虑算力的问题，之后是应用问题，再之后是可持续的运营和安全问题。“智能云需要提供解决客户问题的服务，而不是简简单单的卖算力，这是对用户的不负责任。”
