公告称，2023年度儿科感染高峰为近年来峰值，儿内科服务需求异常旺盛，至2024年儿科患者医疗服务需求逐步恢复常态，儿内科业务收益回落，导致毛利下降，进而导致集团于截至2024年12月31日止年度内的溢利减少。
