智通财经APP讯，建联集团(00385)发布截至2024年12月31日止年度业绩，该集团取得收入76.92亿港元，同比增加28.6%;公司拥有人应占溢利5074.5万港元，同比增加97.19%;每股盈利8.5港仙，拟派发末期股息每股2.5港仙。
本年度收益由余荣生先生领导的建业建荣集团(建业建荣)带动，贡献更高的收入24.86亿港元(2023年：21.19亿港元)及经营溢利1.495亿港元(2023年：1.425亿港元)。
由于工程相关成本增加以及激烈竞争亦导致利润缩减，收入增长17%并未完全转化为收益表的最终成绩。此外，招聘及挽留员工的成本持续上升，而机器维护成本仍居高不下。
再传喜报，顺昌机电集团(顺昌)贡献的收入增加54%至34.85亿港元(2023年：22.62亿港元)，并成功扭转一连串亏损，从其电力、暖通空调、消防服务以及抽水及排水业务中实现经营溢利880万港元(2023年：亏损1500万港元)。
顺昌的盈利能力受到项目延误、额外费用及工地作业成本以及较高利息开支所影响。鉴于顺昌在项目中担任分包商的角色，倘建造商延迟将项目移交予顺昌，以及总承建商的财务稳定出现问题，可能会导致溢利蒸发。我们正在研究多项策略以减轻此结构上的弊端。
