2024年，公司移动通信服务收入达到2025亿元，同比增长3.5%，其中，移动增值及应用收入同比增长16.1%，移动用户规模达到4.25亿户，移动用户ARPU达到45.6元。固网及智慧家庭服务收入达到1257亿元，同比增长2.1%，其中，智慧家庭业务收入同比增长16.8%，宽带用户达到1.97亿户，宽带综合ARPU达到47.6元。产业数字化收入达到1466亿元，同比增长5.5%，占服务收入比达到30.4%，同比提高0.5p.p.。天翼云收入达到1139亿元，同比增长17.1%；IDC收入达到330亿元，同比增长7.3%；安全收入达到162亿元，同比增长17.2%；智能收入达到89亿元，同比增长195.7%；视联网收入同比增长40.1%。
公告称，2024年，公司营业收入较去年同期增长3.1%，主要原因是公司把握新一轮科技革命和产业变革趋势，深入洞察消费新需求，持续强化高质量产品和服务供给，基础业务和产数业务实现良好增长。
