公告称，财务业绩出现下滑，主要受多重因素影响所致，主因包括(a)2024年财政年度期间优质赤铁矿供应量大幅减少;(b)2024年第三季度销售的中品位赤铁矿品质波动较大，导致集团成本增加，而无法转嫁予集团的客户;(c)受需求基本面疲弱影响，客户对铁矿石的需求减少;(d)与2023年财政年度相比，2024年财政年度全年的铁矿石市场指数较低;及(e)来自不同报价期的利润差额减少。
