格隆汇3月25日丨科伦药业(002422.SZ)公布，公司控股子公司四川科伦博泰生物医药股份有限公司(简称“科伦博泰”)于2023年9月14日公告宣布科伦博泰与西南医科大学附属医院(以下简称“西南医大附属医院”)就放射性核素偶联药物(RDC)SKB107(前称TBM-001)订立独占性许可协议。公司近日获悉，科伦博泰已于2025年3月25日收到国家药品监督管理局药品审评中心批准SKB107新药临床试验申请的临床试验通知书。
SKB107是由科伦博泰及西南医大附属医院核医学科共同开发的，以小分子作为靶向配体，搭配适宜的连接技术、螯合剂和治疗用放射性同位素而组成的新型RDC药物，拟用于治疗晚期实体瘤骨转移。
