智通财经APP获悉，和铂医药-B(02142)早盘涨近8%，截至发稿，涨4.96%，报8.67港元，成交额4446.01万港元。
消息面上，和铂医药近期宣布，与阿斯利康达成重大战略合作，阿斯利康将以每股1.38美元（约10.74港元）认购和铂医药9.15%股份，总金额约1.05亿美元。认购价较签约前收市价溢价37.2%，所得资金将用于研发、营运及一般营运资金需求。双方同时签署了全球战略合作协议，共同研发针对免疫性疾病、肿瘤等多种疾病的新一代多特异性抗体。
根据合作协议，阿斯利康将获得两个临床前免疫研发项目的授权许可选择权，和铂医药将获得1.75亿美元的预付款、短期里程碑付款及选择权费用，以及最高44亿美元的开发和商业里程碑付款，另可获得净销售额的分级特许权使用费。双方将在北京共建创新中心，合作期限为五年，可延长五年。
