智通财经APP讯，零在科技金融(00093)发布截至2024年12月31日止年度业绩，收益2.62亿港元，同比增长33.15%;公司拥有人应占年内溢利2707.5万港元，同比增长123.1%;每股盈利1.01港仙。
据悉，年度溢利乃主要由于确认下述项目后的合并影响所致：(1)来自金融借贷业务的利息收入于本年度取得约2.575亿港元，较截至2023年12月31日止年度增加约6300万港元;(2)应收贷款及利息减值亏损净额约9640万港元;及(3)投资物业的公允值亏损约600万港元。
