智通财经APP讯，华星控股(08237)发布公告，预期截至2024年12月31日止年度集团将取得公司拥有人应占亏损约1.46亿港元，而截至2023年12月31日止年度则取得公司拥有人应占亏损约8800万港元。
董事会认为，2024财年估计亏损增加乃主要由于以下各项的净影响：(i)收入减少约1700万港元及毛利减少约2000万港元;(ii)计息其他借款的融资成本增加约2700万港元;(iii)计息借款再融资的法律及专业费用减少约1900万港元;(iv)并无终止与订约方再融资计划的委托费(2023财年：约1000万港元);(v)根据最新独立估值结果，非流动资产减值亏损约4500万港元。
