　　在管理层讨论与分析部分，公司提到与浙江能源国际有限公司的合作，成功落实印尼SDE煤矿项目的合作协议，标志着公司在海外市场的扩展取得了重要进展。此外，公司成功收购了三个印尼煤矿的经营许可证，进一步扩大在印尼市场的布局。尽管煤炭业务的收益有所下降，但公司的整体经营策略和新项目的推进将为未来的增长提供支持。
