智通财经APP讯，建德国际控股(00865)发布公告，集团预期于截至2024年12月31日止年度取得公司拥有人应占净亏损介乎于约人民币3800万元至人民币4300万元，而截至2023年12月31日止年度的公司拥有人应占净溢利约为人民币450.7万元。
公告称，该预期从溢利转为亏损主要由于：(i)集团的新落成物业数量减少，致使集团物业发展业务的收益及毛利下降;(ii)投资物业公平值变动引致损失;及(iii)相关税务机关完成集团的江苏省扬州天玺湾项目土地增值税清算，导致集团所得税开支增加。
