消息面上，近日，珍酒李渡公布2024年业绩，收入约70.67亿元，同比增长0.5%；毛利约41.43亿元，同比增长1.5%；公司权益股东应占利润约13.24亿元，同比减少43.1%；经调整净利润约16.76亿元，同比增长3.3%；基本每股盈利0.404元。公告称，利润下降主要是由于于2023年确认的发行予一名投资者的金融工具的公允价值变动(属一次性及非现金性质)，于2024年产生的以权益结算的股权激励费用，及于2023年确认的有关上市的开支(属与上市有关的一次性开支)等若干项目的影响。

中金发布研报称，展望今年，预计公司以市场良性为先，追求稳健可持续发展。该行预计2025年公司收入有望实现同比持平，产品结构保持平稳，同时继续推进费效提升，利润增速有望略高于收入。其中，该行预计珍酒有望实现正增长，公司表示高档酒事业部将加大运营力度，珍酒事业部推出珍10产品，定位200-300元宴席市场；珍三十事业部继续聚焦大单品精细化运作。该行预计李渡延续省内及省外扩张势能，有望保持高于公司整体的较快增速。
