评级机构穆迪周二表示，随着预算赤字扩大和债务负担能力减弱，美国的财政实力势将在数年内持续下降。

　　该机构在一份报告中称，自穆迪于2023年11月下调美国Aaa评级展望以来，美国的财政健康状况进一步恶化。

　　目前美国金融市场不确定性加剧，特朗普决定对主要贸易伙伴征收惩罚性关税，引发了投资者对物价上涨压力增加和经济急剧放缓的担忧。

　　穆迪表示：“即使在非常积极和低概率的经济和金融情境下，债务负担能力仍然大大弱于其他Aaa级和高评级主权国家。“

　　在主要评级机构中，只有穆迪将美国主权债务评级维持在最高的Aaa级，尽管由于财政赤字扩大和利息债务支付增加，穆迪在2023年底下调了美国主权债务评级展望。

　　该机构周二表示，由于利率上升，美国政府债务的可负担性降低，这意味着美元和美国公债市场在支持Aaa评级方面的核心作用变得更加关键。

　　该机构补充称：“鉴于持续的高关税、没有资金支持的减税政策以及经济面临的重大尾部风险可能会对信用产生负面影响，我们认为这些优势将继续抵消财政赤字扩大和债务负担能力减弱的前景已经暗淡。”
