智通财经APP获悉，面向散户投资者的全球交易平台eToro Group(ETOR.US)周一向美国证券交易委员会(SEC)提交了首次公开募股(IPO)申请，据估算，此次募资金额可能达到7.5亿美元。
eToro认为，自己打造了一个协作式投资社区，旨在为用户提供增长知识与财富所需的教育资源和工具。其平台致力于将社交网络与交易及投资功能相结合，所有这些都集成在一个受监管的数字化投资平台内，该平台专为金融交流和社区互动而构建。截至2024年12月31日，eToro在其业务覆盖的全球75个国家拥有约350万个入金账户 。
这家总部位于以色列布内布拉克的公司成立于2006年，在截至2024年12月31日的12个月里，营收达到126亿美元。公司计划在纳斯达克挂牌上市，股票代码为ETOR。曾于2024年12月6日秘密提交了上市申请。
高盛、杰富瑞、瑞银投资银行、花旗、德意志银行、美银证券、Cantor Fitzgerald以及嘉信理财旗下Citizens JMP为此次交易的联席账簿管理人。公司目前暂未披露定价条款。
