消息面上，恒安国际午间发布截至2024年12月31日止年度业绩，收入226.69亿元(人民币，下同)，同比减少4.62%；权益持有人应占溢利22.99亿元，同比减少17.93%；每股基本收益2.015元；拟派发末期股息每股0.7元，上年同期派0.7元。
年内，纵使高端高毛利产品销售占比稳步提升，以及卫生巾石化原材料成本得以节省，纸巾原材料木浆价格于第二季上涨的滞后效应，导致集团第三季原材料木浆库存成本上升，再加上促销费用于年内大幅增加超过10.0%，集团毛利受压。2024年，集团整体毛利下跌约8.6%至约73.25亿元，毛利率则下跌至约32.3%。
