智通财经APP讯，力高健康生活(02370)发布截至2024年12月31日止年度业绩，该集团期内取得收益4.2亿元(人民币，下同)，同比减少6.6%;公司拥有人应占亏损2842.8万元，同比扩大184.76%;每股基本亏损14.21分。
公告称，物业管理服务收益由截至2023年12月31日止年度的约2.94亿元增加约8.5%至截至2024年12月31日止年度的约3.19亿元，主要归因于(i)集团于2024年在管建筑面积增加;及(ii)集团收取的平均物业管理费增加。
