海螺材料科技2024年业绩：营收23.84亿元 除税前溢利1.8亿元
3月25日，海螺材料科技（02560）发布截至2024年12月31日止年度的年度业绩公告。报告期内，公司实现营业收入为23.84亿元，较2023年度基本持平。除税前溢利为1.8亿元，较2023年度的1.7亿元增加5.97%。权益股东应占年内净溢利为1.25亿元，较2023年度的1.16亿元增加7.43%。每股基本盈利为0.29元，较2023年度的0.27元有所增长。
在管理层讨论与分析部分提到，由于国内房地产业的深度调整，全年国内水泥产量较2023年下降9.5%，这对外加剂产品的市场需求产生了一定影响。然而，在国家碳减排等环保政策的推动下，外加剂产品的市场需求仍在逐步增加，尤其是对外加剂产品的性能上的需求。这促使公司不断优化产品技术方案，增强市场竞争力。
在业务分部方面，水泥外加剂及过程中的中间体业务收入有所下降。而混凝土外加剂及过程中的中间体业务收入则实现了显著增长，较去年同期增长16.8%。
从财务报表附注来看，公司的流动资产在报告期末为11.86亿元，较上年末上升9.68%，主要是应收票据增加所致。非流动负债减少13.23%，主要由于偿还部分项目贷款。整体来看，公司的财务状况保持稳健，权益总额为9.9亿元，较上年末增加14.53%。
