智通财经APP讯，金邦达宝嘉(03315)发布公告，(i)侯平将于2025年股东周年大会结束时分别辞任公司执行董事、提名委员会成员以及集团首席执行官;(ii)卢润怡将于2025年股东周年大会结束时退任公司执行董事，不再膺选连任;(iii)吴思强将于2025年股东周年大会结束时辞任公司执行董事及集团首席运营官;(iv)李易进将于2025年股东周年大会结束时辞任公司执行董事;及(v)叶渌将于2025年股东周年大会结束时分别辞任公司独立非执行董事以及审核委员会委员、提名委员会委员、薪酬委员会主席。
经公司提名委员会推荐，提议委任：(i)利应杰为公司执行董事;(ii)游雪琴为公司执行董事;及(iii)唐国林为公司独立非执行董事。
