其中，物业管理服务收入约3.47亿元，同比增加32.9%。于2024年12月31日，该集团在管总建筑面积约2000万平方米，较2023年同期增长22.0%。该增长主要可归因于余下集团和余下集团的合营企业及联营公司的交付项目的增加，以及公司进一步加大对独立第三方房地产开发商的拓展力度，截至2024年12月31日管理由独立第三方房地产开发商的建筑面积约为910万平方米较2023年12月31日的约750万平方米增加了20.3%。
