格隆汇3月25日丨安领国际(01410.HK)公告，于2024年12月6日，卖方（为公司间接全资附属公司）已向买方授出购买选择权，据此，卖方同意向买方授出该等选择权，以购买物业甲及物业乙，代价分别为2,800,000新加坡元及2,750,000新加坡元，不含商品及服务税。
物业甲指位于2 Sims Close#01-11 Gemini @ Sims,Singapore 387298的物业。物业乙指位于2 Sims Close#01-12 Gemini @ Sims,Singapore 387298的物业。
购买选择权－甲及购买选择权－乙各自载列的所有先决条件已达成，物业甲及物业乙各自的买卖已于2025年3月25日分别根据购买选择权－甲及购买选择权－乙的条款及条件完成。
