智通财经APP讯，大地国际集团(08130)发布公告，大地森莱于2025年3月20日收到迎泽法院编号为(2024)晋0106执660号结案通知书(结案通知书)，大地森莱下属的大地森荣持有的晋新环境60%的股权按迎泽法院的命令已经强制转移给山西金通冲抵该笔债务。
收到结案通知书后，公司于本公告日期跟迎泽法院确认了股权已经强制转移完成，大地森莱已经履行完毕法律文书确定的义务，该案已结案。
