消息面上，中国秦发昨日晚间发布2024年度业绩，该集团取得收益人民币26.01亿元(单位下同)，同比减少24.59%；公司权益持有人应占溢利5.02亿元，同比增加150.54%；每股基本盈利19.9分，拟派发末期股息每股0.02港元，上年同期无派息。2024年的经营溢利为7.5亿元，较2023年的5.24亿元增加43.2%。经营溢利增加主要由于借贷重大/非重大修订的收益净额增加所致。
