智通财经APP讯，大禹金融(01073)发布2024年度全年业绩，该集团期内取得收益总额5545.6万港元，同比増加27.9%;公司拥有人应占溢利2250.5万港元，去年同期则公司拥有人应占亏损1.62亿港元;每股基本盈利1.03港仙;拟派发末期股息及特别股息分别每股0.28港仙及0.16港仙。
公告称，溢利增加主要由于本报告期间(i)没有约1.72亿港元的非现金性商誉减值;(ii)企业融资服务收入增加;及(iii)债券投资收入增加。
