周二（3月25日），英国石油巨头壳牌公司宣布计划提高股东回报并削减支出，同时加大押注液化天然气（LNG）业务。

　　在2025年资本市场日活动前夕发布的声明中，壳牌表示将把股东分配比例从原先的30-40%提升至运营现金流的40-50%。公司承诺维持每年4%的渐进式股息增长，并计划到2030年实现每股自由现金流年均增长超10%。

　　这家石油巨头还宣布，2028年前将年度支出削减至200-220亿美元。2023年时，公司曾将2024-2025年的支出目标设定在220-250亿美元区间。

　　壳牌同时披露，计划将结构性降本目标从今年底的20-30亿美元提升至2028年底的累计50-70亿美元（以2022年计划为基准）。

　　作为全球最大液化天然气贸易商，壳牌预计到2030年前，其上游和综合天然气业务总产量将实现年均1%的增长，同期LNG销量将保持4-5%的年增速。石油产量将维持在当前每日140万桶水平直至2030年。

　　公司计划到2030年将10%的资本支出投向低碳业务。

　　“我们的目标是成为全球领先的综合天然气及LNG企业，打造以客户为核心的综合能源贸易平台，同时保持可观的石油产量。”首席执行官魏斯旺在声明中表示，“今天我们全面提升关键财务指标，聚焦优势领域投资，为股东创造更大价值。”
