智通财经APP讯，远洋集团(03377)发布截至2024年12月31日止年度业绩，该集团取得营业额人民币236.41亿元(单位下同)，同比减少49.12%;公司拥有人应占亏损186.24亿元，同比减少11.72%;每股亏损2.445亿元。
本集团2024年营业额较2023年的464.59亿元下降约49%至236.41亿元。物业开发业务仍然保持着最大的贡献，其营业额约占总营业额的73%。于2024年，来自于北京、环渤海、华东、华南、华中及华西区域的物业开发收入占比分别为10%，22%，29%，17%，13%及9%。我们将继续维持一个均衡搭配的项目组合，减轻个别市场波动的风险及更有效使用资源，使本集团得以专注发展其未来重点发展的项目。
公告称，录得亏损主要归因于2024年度中国的整体房地产市场仍然处于深度调整，导致行业毛利率下降，以及我们对物业项目计提减值拨备;及出售物业项目确认亏损。
