消息面上，博耳电力公布全年财报，收入6.8亿元人民币，同比增长16.2%；纯利3105.1万元，同比增长7.5%；每股盈利4分。派息共2.4港仙，包括末期息1.1港仙及特别息1.3港仙，上年同期不派息。
公告显示，年内，集团秉持稳健高效的经营策略，有序推进各项业务，整体经营表现良好。年内集团应收及应付贸易账款、存货水平、债务结构均保持健康状态，并且连续九年录得正营运现金流。基于良好的财务表现及对未来发展的信心，董事会欣然地宣布于本年度恢复派息。
